At present, two rooms are a little crowded for them, and they are considering changing to three rooms. I think this should be a common phenomenon in many other second-child families, so the trial of the second-child policy has also promoted the sales of housing prices to a certain extent.

On the other hand, real estate control was so strict last year. Although the sales of commercial housing in first-and second-tier cities have declined, house prices have not declined. Imagine that such strict housing price control has not been affected. Once relaxed, the extent of house price rebound can be imagined. This shows that in an era of house failure, the house is just needed by many people, and the decline is only possible in theory, but almost impossible in practice.
