If the property in front of the parking space I bought allows tram parking, can I sue?

Disputes over parking spaces in residential areas, if negotiation fails, shall be settled by prosecution.

In the building division, the parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars should first meet the needs of the owners.

In the building division, the ownership of planned parking spaces and garages shall be agreed by the parties through sale, gift or lease.

Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.

Article 119

Prosecution must meet the following conditions:

(1) The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person and other organization that has a direct interest in the case;

(2) Having a clear defendant;

(3) Having specific requests, facts and reasons;

In the debate stage, the parties can elaborate their views around the focus of the case and fully exercise their right to defense. After the court debate, mediation shall be conducted under the auspices of the judge, and both parties may voluntarily reach a mediation agreement. If a mediation agreement cannot be reached, the judge shall make a ruling.

(4) execute the judgment. If the losing party does not voluntarily perform the obligations specified in the effective judgment document, the winning party may apply for enforcement according to law.
