(eight) to implement the relevant rules and regulations on the quality management and safety production of urban construction projects. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on production safety, be responsible for the safety production management responsibilities of construction projects within the jurisdiction of the Housing and Construction Bureau, and undertake the relevant responsibilities of the district safety production management responsibility network.
Cooperate with relevant departments to investigate and deal with major quality and safety accidents in urban construction projects.

(ten) in conjunction with the District Finance Bureau to balance the capital needs of urban planning and construction. Responsible for raising funds for key projects of urban and rural housing construction in cities and districts, and rationally allocating funds.

(twelve) to undertake the duties of the office of the District Urban Greening Committee and cooperate with the flood control and typhoon prevention work within its jurisdiction.
