4. Responsible for the maintenance of public parts, buildings, facilities and equipment, related sites, architectural sketches, appendages and other properties. Maintain public order and establish the company image.

5. Correct the phenomenon that uncivilized behavior hinders the region. Vendors and all kinds of salesmen enter the area and find that the people entering and leaving the area are abnormal, and corresponding emergency treatment is carried out according to the regulations.

6. Check whether the fire fighting, monitoring and other equipment are in good condition, and whether the water supply and power supply run, run, drip, leak and stink. Littering decoration garbage, etc.

7. Check whether the fire escape is unblocked and whether there is any phenomenon of encroaching on public parts and endangering public safety and public interests.
