The property fee paid by an individual for buying a house may require the property to issue a company invoice. You can ask for an invoice to pay the property fee. According to Article 19 of the State Council's Decision on Amending the Measures for the Administration of Invoices in People's Republic of China (PRC) (Order No.587 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China): "Units and individuals collect money from outside for selling goods, providing services and engaging in other business activities, and the payee shall issue invoices to the payer; Under special circumstances, the payer will issue an invoice to the payee.
