The owner has the right to replace the entrance door, but two conditions need to be met:

The owner must ensure that the main structure of the house will not be affected after the entrance door is changed. According to the law, the decorator should declare and register with the property management enterprise or the housing management institution before the construction of the residential interior decoration project.

What are the scope of property management services?

1, public security management. Personal safety and property safety of owners in residential areas, as well as the safety management of buildings and their equipment and facilities, and at the same time formulate and implement a sound safety system;

2. Public facilities management. The management of municipal facilities such as communication, post and telecommunications, water supply, heat supply, gas supply and power supply also belongs to the management scope of property management companies;

3. Vehicle traffic management. The management of the main passages, parking spaces and facilities in the residential area where the house is located also belongs to the scope of property services;

4. Various life services. Send children to kindergarten, order milk, send newspapers, see a doctor, send medicine and other life services.

The decorator shall declare and register with the property management enterprise or the housing management institution (hereinafter referred to as the property management unit) before the commencement of the residential interior decoration project.

Non-owner residential users shall obtain the written consent of the owner for decorating the residential interior.
