If the dispatched employee wants to become a regular employee, he needs to terminate the labor contract relationship with the dispatching unit, then establish a labor relationship with the employing unit, sign a labor contract, and stipulate the probation period and the labor contract period according to law. Generally, employees change from probation to regular employees.
Regular employees refer to employees who are formally employed by the company after passing the probation period. After recruiting employees, general enterprises often give employees a probation period (usually ranging from a few days to three months) in order to examine their actual work ability, work attitude and behavior. Through this probation period, we can examine an employee's comprehensive ability and see whether he can adapt to this job and his future development potential. After being hired by the company, the company will sign a formal labor contract with it. At this time, it is a formal employee.
Just sign a labor contract. Temporary workers are part-time employees. Regular employees are full-time employees.
The confirmation procedure of labor dispatch is as follows:
1, individual application. Individuals hold award-winning certificates, professional qualification certificates, employment certificates and recent bareheaded photos (one inch) to register with the labor department of grass-roots units;
2. Preliminary examination of grass-roots units. Grass-roots units conduct preliminary examination according to the reporting conditions; Fill in the roster of employees after passing the examination, and submit the roster of candidates, the original 65438 certificate (certificate) and 0 copies. Deliver it to the Human Resources Development and Management Department of the Group Company within the specified time;
3, the group company for approval. 4. Sign a labor contract. After publicity, if there is no objection, human resource development and management Department of the group company shall fill in the Approval Form for Hiring Employees and sign a direct employment labor contract as required.
The main contents of the file management of labor dispatch employees are:
1, handle personnel file transfer formalities for dispatched employees in time;
2. Timely handle recruitment filing procedures for newly recruited and dispatched employees;
3. Entrust various certificates for migrant workers in different places;

To sum up, labor dispatch is a supplementary form, which can only be implemented in temporary, auxiliary or alternative jobs. Temporary work mentioned in the preceding paragraph refers to work with a working time of no more than six months.

The dispatched workers receive equal pay for equal work, and the dispatched workers have the right to receive equal pay for equal work with the workers of the employing unit. The employing unit shall, in accordance with the principle of equal pay for equal work, implement the same labor remuneration distribution method for dispatched workers and workers in similar positions in the unit. If the employing unit has no workers in the same position, it shall be determined by reference to the labor remuneration of workers in the same or similar positions where the employing unit is located.
The labor contract concluded between the labor dispatch unit and the dispatched laborer and the labor dispatch agreement concluded with the employing unit shall specify or stipulate that the labor remuneration paid to the dispatched laborer shall comply with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
