Bozhou city teaching examination epidemic prevention and control requirements;

1, do a good job in personal health monitoring. From February 25th, 202 1, 12, candidates are advised not to leave our city, avoid gathering in places with large population mobility, and do a good job in daily temperature measurement and health monitoring. Candidates who are still in other cities must return to Bozhou as soon as possible, so as not to affect the normal examination due to sudden epidemic detention.

2. Do a good job in nucleic acid detection. All candidates should take the initiative to show the negative report form of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam, print and fill in the Health Statement Card of Anhui Education Examination Candidates and the Commitment Letter of Safety Examination (see annex), and bring them to the waiting room for examination.

3. Cooperate with epidemic prevention inspection. After the candidates arrive at the test center, they must complete the code scanning (health code, boarding code) before entering the school. Candidates can prepare in advance to avoid the influence of on-site scanning code collection on the exam. Candidates consciously accept temperature detection and identity verification when entering the test center and examination room, and must take off their masks when accepting identity verification.

4. Observe epidemic prevention regulations. Candidates should wear masks before entering the examination room, and can decide whether to continue wearing them after entering the examination room; During the examination, if there are abnormal symptoms such as fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃), if the body temperature is normal after re-examination by the medical expert group, you can enter the examination room to continue to take the examination; If the second interview is still hot, you must take the exam in an isolated examination room and always wear a mask.
