Pay attention to masonry details

Pay attention to the following points when laying: staggered masonry, brick joints full of mud, surface pointing. Don't chisel bricks on the masonry, aim them with a wooden hammer and a rubber hammer. The machining surface should not face the inner surface of the furnace and furnace channel or expansion joint. Bricklaying interruption or rework brick demolition, should be made into a ladder-shaped inclined if. This will make the masonry more beautiful and stable!

Attach importance to the construction of flue vault

The vault of underground flue can only be driven into the lock brick after backfilling outside the wall. Only in this way can the stability and safety of the flue be guaranteed!

Prevent from getting wet

In the process from construction to production, fire-resistant masonry and thermal insulation masonry should be well protected from moisture. Only in this way can their performance and service life be guaranteed!
