Secondly, in terms of technology, the personnel engaged in aircraft manufacturing used to be recruited from students majoring in mechanical and electronic engineering such as aircraft design and manufacturing in military schools and major first-class universities. It should be implemented through relevant methods. If military enterprises need it, relevant departments will go to colleges and universities for recruitment and selection.
