1. Submit requirements

3. Choose recruitment channels
There are four main recruitment channels: attending talent exchange meetings, introducing talent exchange centers, online recruitment, and publishing newspaper advertisements. 4. Preliminary screening
The general manager's office sorts the candidates' information and gives it to the department manager. The department manager makes a preliminary screening of candidates within two working days, determines the interview candidates and fills in the interview notice.

5. Fill in the application registration form

7. Second interview
1) The second interview is divided into a written talent assessment and an interview.
2) The talent evaluation time is 30 minutes, which is provided by the general manager's office, mainly for managers, technicians and marketers. Its contents include personality test, simulated case, emotional intelligence test and English test.
3) The second interview time is 30 minutes. According to the preliminary opinions of the department and the results of talent evaluation, prepare the re-examination evaluation content suitable for this position.
4) For those who pass the second interview, the competent manager is responsible for explaining the treatment, and the general manager's office is responsible for explaining the administrative and personnel policies.
