Today's interview went well, I wonder what the results are. I participated in two events today-PetroChina exploration and China Three Gorges Group (both central enterprises). Here I mainly talk about PetroChina exploration. Basic information: I am a male, a tax master from a key university of finance and economics in Beijing.

Resume: PetroChina exploration was a lecture given in our school about one month ago, and you can only take part in it by receiving your resume on the spot. At that time, there were lectures from other enterprises in the school, so I just asked my classmates to bring a resume and cast it in the tax post where only one person was recruited (I majored in taxation). Two days ago, I received a short message from HR informing me to attend the interview. Only three students from our tax college, including me, passed the resume screening (it is said that only undergraduate and graduate students majoring in taxation can pass the resume screening).

preparation: my classmates and I (two men and one woman) got up at six o'clock in the morning to get ready. At eight o'clock, we arrived at the interview site and found that there were about 6 people in the waiting room, including the interview strategy development department, the finance department, the exploration department and other departments. Found our name and found that only the three of us interviewed for the tax post, so the three of us were doing PK, and suddenly we were calm. Today's meeting is one-sided (it is said that after this meeting is passed, the contract can be signed after a small re-examination). After hearing the students say that there are: English self-introduction, professional problems, etc., we were much calmer and rushed to prepare English and professional tax knowledge. . . .

at about eleven o'clock, the three of us were waiting at the interview gate. My first classmate (boy) went in for about fifteen minutes, and then it was my turn. After entering the door, I found eight HR's sitting in front of me in turn.

interview process: first of all, a beautiful HR sister asked me to introduce myself in English. My spoken English has always been very good. I had a balabala ... and HR sister nodded with satisfaction. Then, another HR may be trying to adjust the atmosphere, saying, "Do you know the boy in front? He also interviewed for tax, and he did very well." I said, "The one in front and the one behind are my classmates, and we study in the same school and the same hospital." Eight HR immediately became happy. Then, a very old HR threw me a question in English about the year-end settlement of overseas taxes paid by multinational companies and asked how to deal with it. I was suddenly blinded, and I couldn't answer well in Chinese, let alone let me use English. I can only say "Could I speak Chinese? It's too professional ",at this time, HR will of course say yes, and then there will be a balabala. Finally, I asked about the national tax planning, hobbies, personality, and how to work in the Middle East and Africa for nine months a year.

generally speaking, it went well.

Experience summary: 1. Prepare a perfect Chinese self-introduction (outside the resume) and a more colloquial English self-introduction (because many English self-introductions are memorized); 2, the professional thing can be mastered as solidly as possible, after all, the HR of the interview has been practiced.
