In order to thoroughly implement Administrative Licensing Law, further reduce and standardize administrative licensing matters, improve administrative licensing methods, reduce approval procedures, and build a modern regional central city that is most suitable for living and starting a business in the northwest region. Since this year, our city has implemented municipal regulations announced in two batches in 2004. 261 administrative licensing items implemented by 27 departments were sorted out in accordance with the law. The 58th executive meeting of the Municipal People's Government on June 29, 2006 decided to cancel 12 administrative licensing items that were not handled by municipal administrative agencies or that changed management methods and were not handled as administrative licensing matters; 3 administrative licensing items were Adjustments were made; 63 administrative licensing items were merged into 24 items; 35 administrative licensing items decided to be retained were announced in accordance with the law. At the same time, 244 currently valid administrative licensing items implemented by various municipal departments were announced.

All administrative licensing implementation agencies must comply with the decision, further standardize administrative licensing activities, re-formulate or revise procedures for administrative licensing matters, establish loose-leaf sheets, publish them, and implement them strictly in accordance with the law.
