1. Scope and conditions of introduction
1. Abide by the constitution and laws, and love education;
2. Have good moral character and physical conditions suitable for the position, have corresponding teacher qualification certificates, and engage in education and teaching work;
3. On-the-job front-line teachers in the education system outside the county (the probationary period expires), and teachers in the kindergarten education system outside the county who are registered for total personnel control (the probationary period expires);
4. After the probation period expires, the annual assessment in previous years will be passed or above;
5. Have a bachelor's degree or above;
6. The department (unit) with employment management authority agrees to apply;
7. Be in good health and have the physical conditions to perform the job duties normally;
8. The age should be 40 years old and below (born on or after June 21, 1981). For those who have obtained honorary titles at the prefecture level or above, the age can be relaxed to 45 years old and below (born on or after June 21, 1976); < /p>
9. One of the following conditions must be met:
① Those who have won the honorary titles of special teachers at the county level or above, outstanding teachers, outstanding educators, etc.;

2. Introduction plan
Plan to introduce 20 people. Among them, middle school subjects: 2 each in Chinese, mathematics, English, and geography, and 1 each in biology, history, politics, physics, and chemistry; primary school subjects: 2 in Chinese, 2 in mathematics, and 1 in English; and 2 in kindergarten.
For primary and secondary school teachers who have passed the on-site qualification review, the ratio of the number of qualified teachers to the number of introduction plans should reach 1:1. For positions where the number of qualified people does not reach the 1:1 ratio of the introduction plan, the plan will be adjusted to other academic subjects, according to the standards of middle school (Chinese, mathematics, English, geography, biology, history, politics, physics, chemistry) primary school (Chinese, mathematics) , English) adjust the order of adding 1 in a loop.
For kindergarten teachers who pass the on-site qualification review, the ratio of the number of qualified teachers to the number of introduction plans should reach 1:1. 3. Registration and qualification review
Registration will be conducted via email.
Applicants go to the Ju County Government Portal to download the "Registration Form for the Introduction of Excellent Teachers in Ju County, Shandong Province in 2022" (see attachment), fill in the information truthfully and in detail according to the requirements of the form, and submit the "2022 Shandong Province Recruitment Form" The "Registration Form for Introducing Excellent Teachers in Ju County of the Province", the written consent for registration issued by the department (unit) with employment management authority and other materials should be sent to the email address jxjyjrsk@ in the form of scanned copies before June 30. Register at rz.shandong.cn. Each person is limited to one position.
A preliminary review team will be set up by the Juxian Education and Sports Bureau to conduct a preliminary review of qualifications based on the materials submitted by the applicants. The results of the preliminary review will be fed back in the form of email. After passing the preliminary review, applicants will submit the original materials provided during online registration for on-site review.
IV. Interview
The interview will be conducted in the form of a simulated lecture, and the lecture content will be related to the applied discipline. The simulated lecture lasts for 75 minutes, including 60 minutes of preparation time and no more than 15 minutes of lecture time.
The interview results will be judged by the examiner on the spot and announced on the spot. After the interview, the interview score of the applicant will be calculated using a percentage system. The interview scores will be calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa will be rounded off. Based on the interview scores, candidates will be determined for inspection. The minimum qualifying score for the interview is 70 points, and only those who reach the passing score can enter the scope of inspection.
5. Inspection and physical examination
1. Inspection
Those who reach the qualifying score will enter the inspection scope, and based on the interview scores of the applicants, inspections and physical examinations will be conducted in equal amounts according to the academic stage subject introduction plan from high scores to low scores.
The Ju County Education and Sports Bureau will dispatch personnel to form an inspection working group to inspect those who enter the inspection scope.
The inspection adopts the methods of reviewing files, individual interviews, etc., and mainly conducts inspections on ideological and political performance, moral character, academic performance, professional ability, comprehensive quality, and inclusion in real-name management (total personnel control record management). Investigate and review whether the relevant information and materials provided are true and accurate. The subject of the inspection should cooperate with the inspection working group to coordinate the retrieval and review of personal files and the preparation certificate issued by the preparation department (certificate of total personnel control record management personnel). If the files cannot be retrieved and reviewed for more than two weeks, the qualification for introduction will be cancelled. In accordance with the requirements of the "Opinions on Further Strict Management of Cadre Archives" (Lu Zufa [2017] No. 2), the archives of the inspection objects were strictly reviewed, focusing on the review of "three ages, two calendars and one identity" and other contents.
Problems existing in the files must be carefully investigated. If the problems are not identified and dealt with in place, the employment procedures shall not be processed.
2. Physical examinations
Physical examinations are conducted in comprehensive hospitals at the county level and above. Physical examination standards and items refer to the relevant contents of the "Revision of the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and the "Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" "Notice" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140) is implemented. If a re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original physical examination hospital. The re-examination can only be conducted once, and the result shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.
If the personnel to be introduced fail to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place, they will be deemed to have given up.
For the vacancies caused by giving up the physical examination or failing the physical examination, they will be filled in equal amounts in sequence within the scope of inspection for the same position. If there are no replacement candidates for the position, the introduction plan will be adjusted in sequence according to the above regulations. After the supplementation and adjustment are completed, the inspection and physical examination shall be carried out according to the above procedures.
VI. Publicity and Recruitment
Personnel to be introduced who pass the interview, inspection, and physical examination will be publicized on the Ju County Government Portal. The publicity period is 7 working days. If there are any objections during the publicity period, the Ju County Education and Sports Bureau will investigate and handle the matter in accordance with relevant regulations and make a conclusion. After the publicity period expires, if there are no problems or the reported problems do not affect the introduction, relevant procedures will be handled according to the procedures. Applications for kindergarten teacher positions will be subject to total personnel control filing management, and the employment-based recruitment plan for primary and secondary school teacher positions will be included in the real-name management system. . No replacement will be made after the list of proposed personnel is announced.
The service period system is implemented for introduced personnel. The minimum service period in the Juxian education system is 3 years, and a service agreement must be signed. Once the agreement is signed, both parties should strictly implement it.
