5. Matters needing attention in registration

The written test content of medical and health institutions is the necessary knowledge and ability of medical and health institutions, including basic health knowledge and professional knowledge. The written test prepared by other institutions is the necessary knowledge and ability of the staff of institutions, and the written test does not specify a review book.

(4) Qualification examination and interview
1, the interviewer confirms.
According to the written test scores from high to low, determine the number of professional recruitment plans 1:3, and determine the interview candidates (the same score for the follow-up). If the ratio of the number of people attending the interview to the number of people in the professional recruitment plan is less than 3: 1, the interview will be conducted according to the actual qualified number.
2. Qualification examination
The Organization Department of the District Party Committee and the District People's Social Security Bureau shall, when issuing the interview notice, examine the qualifications of the candidates participating in the interview. At that time, candidates need to provide the following materials: (1) my valid ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate, household registration book (household registration certificate) and so on. (2) Candidates applying for policy resettlement conditions should provide relevant certificates; (3) Returned students must provide academic certificates, degree certificates certified by the national education administrative departments, and certification materials from China embassies and consulates abroad; (4) Other supporting materials required for the professional application; (5) Interview fee 100 yuan. The documents and certificates provided by the candidates are originals and photocopies. Candidates who fail to provide valid certificates and certification materials or fail to pass the qualification review according to the above provisions will be disqualified from the interview, and the interviewers will fill in the candidates who have passed the written test in the same major from high score to low score in turn.
3. Interview organization
The interview was organized by the Organization Department of the District Party Committee and the District People's Social Security Bureau. Interviews for medical and health undertakings take the form of defense, and interviews for other undertakings take the form of structured interviews. 4. Total score calculation
Calculate the total score of candidates according to the proportion of 50% written test score and 50% interview score. The written test scores, interview scores and comprehensive total scores are kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded off. Candidates who did not attend the interview or failed in the interview are not included in the total score.
(5) Physical examination
According to the total score of candidates, according to the proportion of the number of candidates to be hired in the recruitment major 1: 1, the medical examiners are determined from high score to low score. If the total score is the same, the written test score is the same, and the organization will make an additional test to determine. The list of medical examiners is published on the designated website. Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the newly revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and Notice on Further Improving Physical Examination of Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province.
Social workers who take part in physical examination and fresh graduates who have signed contracts (agreements) must provide proof that their units agree to enter the examination before physical examination; Graduates entrusted with training, orientation and liaison office also need to provide relevant materials such as entrusted training, orientation, certificate of consent to enter the examination issued by the joint office unit and the institution where they work. If you can't provide it, you will be disqualified from physical examination, and all the consequences will be borne by yourself, and the candidates who passed the professional interview will be replenished at one time according to the total score from high to low.

(6) Investigation
According to the proportion of professional recruitment plan1:1,the qualified personnel for physical examination shall be inspected according to relevant regulations. The inspection work was organized and implemented by the competent department of each employer under the guidance of the Organization Department of the District Party Committee and the District People's Social Security Bureau in accordance with the Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province and the Notice on Further Improving the Inspection Work of Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province. When there is a planned vacancy due to abandonment of physical examination, inspection or unqualified inspection, candidates who have passed the written examination and interview with the same major will be replenished at one time according to the total score from high to low.
(7) Open selection of posts
The positions that need to be publicly selected are clearly defined in the recruitment position schedule, and the human resources department of the district organization organizes job selection. Those who need to choose posts receive the post selection notice with their ID cards. Please refer to the post selection notice for the specific time, place and matters needing attention.
According to my ID card and transfer notice, the transfer personnel will transfer posts from high score to low score in turn. The selection and transfer work must be attended by the applicants themselves, and each person is limited to one position in the reported major. Once a position is selected, it cannot be changed, and those who have not selected a position will automatically give up. When a job vacancy occurs, candidates who have passed the written test and interview in the same major will be replenished from high score to low score according to the total score. After the position is selected, if the selected position is abandoned by the applicant, the missing position will not be filled.
(8) Publicity
The list of candidates will be published on the designated website for 7 working days. If there is no objection to the publicity, the employment procedures will be handled. If the publicity results of the proposed personnel affect the employment, their employment qualifications will be cancelled and the vacant positions will not be filled.
(9) Employment
The personnel to be employed shall be reported to the Organization Department of the District Party Committee and the District People's Social Security Bureau for approval by the superior competent department of the recruiting unit according to the prescribed procedures and responsibilities, and the employment procedures shall be handled. The successful candidate should receive the employment notice within the specified time. If the person to be employed has signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the original work unit, I shall be responsible for the termination according to the relevant provisions. Those who fail to report for duty within the time limit (the time shall be subject to the registration time indicated in the employment notice) shall be deemed to have given up automatically after the employment is approved, and the vacant position will not be filled.
The employing unit signs an employment contract with the person to be employed, and after the probation period (probation period) expires, the employment and grading will be carried out. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment relationship will be terminated.
The personnel employed this time will not be managed with reference to the Civil Service Law. Now the unit I work in meets the management conditions of the Civil Service Law and is approved to refer to the Civil Service Law. The employed personnel will be diverted to institutions with the same funding channels. If they don't obey the arrangement and the employment relationship is terminated, I will find a job myself.
Fourth, discipline and supervision.
The whole recruitment process is supervised by the district discipline inspection and supervision organs and the society, and the conditions, procedures and standards stipulated in the general regulations are strictly observed. It is strictly forbidden to practise fraud or engage in malpractices for personal gain. Once found, the candidates' examination or employment qualification will be cancelled, and the staff who violate the examination and employment discipline will be severely dealt with according to the relevant regulations once verified.
