Most of the goods are flammable, and some are mousse, gel water, nail polish, insecticide aerosol and alcohol. (4) The personnel are complicated, and the operators have poor fire safety awareness. The business hours of individual shops are flexible, and the flow of people is always relatively large. Customers accidentally go off the fire from time to time. If the owner does not pay attention to inspection and cleaning, it is easy to cause fire. And some individual owners, including the recruited sales staff, come from all aspects of society, including rural surplus personnel, social idle unemployed personnel, and divorced, retired, old, disabled and weak personnel. Most of these people have a weak sense of fire control, are unfamiliar with fire control rules and regulations, lack of fire control knowledge, poor fire control skills, serious carelessness and carelessness, which can easily lead to fires. For fire accidents caused by violation of regulations, the fire department should find out the cause of the fire and properly handle it. For accidents that cause serious consequences, the parties concerned should be held accountable according to law.
