Physical examination and evaluation

The written test scores and interview scores are included in the comprehensive scores of candidates according to the ratio of 4:6, and those who are exempt from the written test are directly included in the comprehensive scores according to the interview results. The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the recruiting unit or its competent department, and shall be carried out in the municipal hospitals above Grade III. If there is an industry standard, it shall be implemented; if there is no industry physical examination standard, it shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). If the medical examination results are unqualified, they will not be hired. If candidates have questions about the medical examination results, they can apply for reexamination as required. The recruiting unit or the competent department will lead the candidates to another municipal hospital above Grade III for examination. If the review result is still unqualified, it will not be hired.

The competent department is responsible for organizing the implementation of the assessment, mainly in the form of on-site assessment such as individual talks, interviews with candidates, and access to files, to comprehensively assess the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, job matching and performance during the application period, and to verify whether the candidates meet the prescribed qualifications, whether the information and related materials provided during the application are true and accurate, and whether there is any situation of avoiding the application. Those who fail the examination or find that they do not meet the requirements for entering the examination during the examination shall not be employed.

Employment management

If there is no objection to the personnel to be hired after publicity, the employment contract of the institution shall be signed in accordance with the relevant requirements of personnel management of the institution, and the employment procedures shall be handled. If the labor (employment) contract is not terminated with the original unit, the employment qualification will be cancelled and the employment confirmation registration formalities will not be handled. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination shall be employed in the corresponding positions according to the requirements of post setting; Those who fail to pass the examination during or after the probation period shall be dismissed.
