It is not difficult to see from the planning that Jinan is planning some livable industries, such as Sanguan, IKEA, Metro, Jixi Wetland, Impression Jinan and Medical Center. Even if there is Qilu Gate, it can't be as crowded as in the East, because the impression of Jinan is a lesson from the past and it is difficult to attract investment.

But when it comes to livability, although the west is not the best, it is not much different, and the transportation in the west is more convenient. The whole elevated line runs through, and the elevated North Park extends westward. The chessboard road layout of the West Station brings good traffic convenience to the whole West Station area, and it is very convenient to go to the East New District and the central city. Relying on the advantages of the West Railway Station, it is very convenient to travel north and south. It's not far from the bus station, about 30 minutes (actually, it's faster to walk from the viaduct and the lower exit), Jinan Station is not far, and quancheng square and Baotu Spring are not too far. Compared with the East New District, the traffic is much more convenient.

It's just that at present, the west is eating, drinking and having fun, and shopping and watching movies can only be harmonious. Although there is Metro, it felt hot for a while at the beginning of the opening, and then it was cold and cheerless. Although IKEA is good, we can't go shopping every day. Of course, there is also a western market in the west. My home is near, so I usually go there for shopping and consumption. West Railway Station still feels that there are too few people on the street at night, which is obviously different from the crowds in urban areas and night markets. If it is not prosperous, the West Railway Station at night is more like a county town. And I want to go to some better restaurants on weekdays, and there are very few in Xicheng. A little famous shops are mostly concentrated in the urban area and the east, which is also caused by poor consumption ability.

Looking at urban development, in fact, the policy orientation is particularly obvious. Huaiyin District can only be said to be a crane tail in Jinan, with poor economic strength and limited capacity of the district government. Different from other regions in regional planning and policies, resulting in a slight lag in development. Of course, the future medical centers and convention centers will bring certain changes to the west, and I believe it will get better and better. Huaiyin District should be better than tianqiao district in the future (giggle).

On the other hand, in the east, the location is obvious, the sub-centers of cities, CBD business districts, jungles and other high-rise buildings are densely covered, brand-name enterprises are stationed, and industrial parks are concentrated. So many people work in the east and live in the west, which has caused the congestion of the main roads in the east and west. Therefore, the road congestion in Jinan is closely related to the planning and positioning of the city in addition to the geographical restrictions of the city itself. Such planning has caused things to be too long and narrow, companies and industries to be too concentrated, and finally led to urban congestion. At present, the east is much more crowded than the west, because people who go to work have to go in and those who leave work have to go out, but there are few people living around.

At present, the eastern region will develop rapidly and its political orientation is obvious. Xindong Station (I think it's a little far), CBD and subway will accelerate the development of the east, which will be the economic center of Jinan in the future.
