My current contribution income is about 600-700 yuan (the contribution of direct clients is doubled on this basis). The monthly income is about 1.3 million-1.5 million (this income is relatively low and I dare not live in the first, second and third tier cities. I live in a fourth-and fifth-tier city in Jiangxi, and the prices are not low everywhere);

Personal suggestion: proper practice and exercise are very helpful to improve your actual translation ability, but my personal suggestion is that before doing part-time translation, you'd better try your best to win CATTI 2, so that the asking price is better and you look more worthy of your job. Translation is very hard. Generally, it takes 2-2.5 hours to translate 1000 words. If the unit price is 25 yuan, then the hourly income is only 10 yuan, so this kind of labor is meaningless, and wasting precious time is not worth the loss. One more thing, the low price is not necessarily a liar. Maybe you have finished translating for them, but you can't get the manuscript fee. So you should pay attention to screening and check their Q/ WeChat/phone/corporate website/business license/industry reputation, etc. , and then cooperate after confirmation.
