In June 2004, Zhuliao Town, Tian Liang Town and jiufo town merged into Zhong Luotan Town.

Tian Liang Village is located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, which is on the east side of the highway and has developed traffic. There are 28 production cooperatives under its jurisdiction, with a total area of 12 square kilometers and cultivated land area of 4098 mu. In 2006, the total registered population was 10080, of which 8327 were agricultural population. Agriculture is dominated by rice, vegetables and chickens, pigeons and pigs. Tian Liang Village is the most populous village in the town. Tian Liang Comprehensive Farmers' Market, Shi 1 16 Middle School and yunzhu Industrial Cluster are all located in this village. In 2006, the village invested 5 million yuan, which enabled more than 95% of the villagers to use the tap water of Jiufo Waterworks. There are village-level health stations and three private clinics in the village. A full-time sanitation team has been established, and there are more than 100 garbage pools in the village, which improves environmental sanitation; A cultural square of more than 4,000 square meters will be built.
