Hiring

The number of places for 20 people is limited. First come, first served, first served.

● The service time is from July 23rd to August 3rd1.

Note: The lending area of the library is closed every Monday and serves for half a day from Tuesday to Sunday. The service time is 9:00- 1 1:30 or 14:00- 16:30, and the service is maintained for more than three and a half days every week.

Incentive measure

During the service period, the volunteer librarian will be rewarded with 30 points for each service, a social practice certificate will be issued for volunteering 10, and a beautiful gift will be given for volunteering 12.

Recruitment and induction procedures

Registration → merit-based admission of Tangtu → on-site training → issuance of volunteer librarian work permit.

Training content: job responsibilities, service standards, work discipline and business knowledge.

After the readers sign up, Tangtu will select the best candidate according to the registration information and call me to report to the newspaper office. After reporting, Tangtu will conduct unified training and arrange follow-up work. Tangtu will arrange the service schedule of each volunteer librarian according to the work needs and the service time filled in by the volunteer librarians.

Operating system

Abide by the rules and regulations of the library, obey the work arrangement, arrive at the library on time, do not leave the post without authorization, and consciously safeguard the image of the library.

The specific work contents include: assisting librarians to guide readers to use automatic book borrowing and returning machines and retrieval machines, providing help for readers to search for books and answering readers' inquiries; Put the returned books and messy books back to their original shelves to maintain reading order; Assist librarians to carry out reader activities and maintain the order of activities.

If the service work cannot be completed, or the library rules and regulations and work discipline are violated, the library has the right to cancel the qualification of volunteer librarian. During the service period, you must strictly abide by the work discipline and not leave your post without authorization. If I leave my post without authorization, I will be responsible for my personal safety and the impact and consequences caused by my bad behavior during my leave.
