Does Nanjing Normal University recognize North University?

Zhongbei College of Nanjing Normal University is a second-level independent college under Nanjing Normal University, a century-old prestigious school, approved by the Chinese people and the Ministry of Education, and is jointly organized by Nanjing Normal University and Nanjing Normal University Education Development Foundation.
