I think it's a good choice to work in China CITIC Bank.

I graduated in 216 and joined China CITIC Bank. At that time, I did hesitate to choose my career and company. At that time, some students around me went to the four major banks, some went to brokerage funds, and some chose joint-stock banks like me.

But after more than half a year, I am more and more convinced that it is right to choose CITIC Bank. If I had chosen another place, I would have regretted it today. First of all, let's take a look at our own conditions. I am an undergraduate of 211 key universities in China and a master of 985 top universities in China. My major in both stages is not finance, but my main internship positions are in finance, including internships in two banks, a fund, a brokerage firm and an insurance asset management company. In addition, I also work as a part-time project researcher in a Ministry.

I was lucky enough to go to the financial industry department that bankers all yearn for. My position is bond trading, and I have a half-year internship. During the internship, my salary is 4,+,and I have a hukou. I have subsidies for overtime on weekends. Because I am a newcomer, I often work overtime for myself, with a monthly tax of 7,+,and I also get 8,+when I work overtime most. There is no overtime allowance after becoming a full member, but the salary will be increased accordingly, but it will not exceed this number. Generally speaking, CITIC has to surpass the four major banks in terms of monthly salary and year-end bonus, and it is also higher than the general position of ordinary brokers, and it is more stable and has an account. Compared with other joint-stock banks, the advantages are not to mention. Small-name joint-stock banks may not have high salaries.

I feel that I am not only doing meaningful things, but also earning more salary than others, and I feel very happy. Furthermore, compare the platforms. Some people may say that the platform of the four major banks is high, and job-hopping will be smoother in the future. But I want to say that if it is the comparison between the four major banks and GD Bank and MS Bank, I think this reason is still tenable. However, CITIC Bank is the first joint-stock bank in China. In many aspects, especially in financial market business, its strength and platform are superior to those of some four major banks.
