Urban management includes three types:

One is the official establishment of urban management team members who have passed the national civil service examination or public institution examination and passed the law enforcement qualification examination. It has the functions of management, assistance in obtaining evidence, persuasion, etc., and has no law enforcement power and cannot bear legal responsibility.

Third, it is neither a regular urban management with law enforcement power, nor a recruited coordinator, but some employees, government officials, students and so on. Those who temporarily participate in urban management during special periods such as some important festivals have no law enforcement power or specific management jurisdiction and sharing, but only assist the urban management department in managing law enforcement and send relevant illegal information to the local urban management command center so that the urban management department can manage it better. This category is the so-called "urban management supervisor". Also called "city inspector" or "city inspector".

I don't know where to start with the statement that the "unknown crafty peddler" said that the "urban management supervisor" was used to supervise urban management. There are several superior supervision units of urban management, one is the inspection squadron of district-level urban management administrative law enforcement brigade, the other is the inspection section of district urban management bureau, and the other is the inspection detachment of municipal urban management bureau.
