Recruitment conditions (taking Shandong branch as an example)

(1) Recruitment target:

1. The recruitment targets are mainly domestic and foreign universities with bachelor degree or above in 2022. Appropriately recruit 202 1 graduates with bachelor's degree or above who are employed for the first time, and some areas can recruit graduates with junior college degree in 2022 (see job descriptions for specific academic requirements).

(1) Domestic college graduates should be able to graduate before July 3, 20221,and obtain graduation certificates, degree certificates and employment registration certificates;

(2) Graduates from overseas institutions should graduate between 200211and 3 1 July 2022 (subject to the time of obtaining the degree certified by the Ministry of Education), and can obtain the degree certification from the Ministry of Education.

2. Some positions can appropriately recruit graduates with bachelor degree or above within 2 years after graduation (June 65438+10/October 65438 +0), mainly majoring in economics, finance and computer. (6) It complies with the relevant requirements of China Banking Regulatory Commission for banking practitioners and the relevant provisions of the Bank on avoidance of relatives.
