Registration

The registration period is from July 10th to July 17th. Applicants can register on-site with the originals and copies of relevant materials. Materials that must be submitted when registering:

2. Identity certificate, teacher qualification certificate, graduation certificate, degree certificate and academic qualification registration form on Xuexin.com;

3. Honorary certificates and commendation documents as application conditions;

4. Recruitment and employment procedures ;

5. The latest salary approval form or 2021 annual assessment form;

6. Two recent 2-inch bareheaded photos.

Qualification Review

After the registration is completed, the District Education and Science Bureau will review the qualifications of the applicants, and will also verify the staffing staffing of the applicants together with the District Committee Editorial Office.

The results of the qualification review of applicants and the teacher position selection plan will be announced on the Huazhou Education WeChat official account.

Interview

Based on the announced positions and quantity, and in order of interview scores from high to low, determine the candidates to be transferred. It will be published on the website of the Huazhou District People's Government.

Physical examination

After it is announced that there are no objections, the personnel to be selected for transfer will go to the designated hospital for a physical examination in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment". Those who fail the physical examination can be re-examined once. The result is final. Those who do not participate in the physical examination within the specified time will be deemed to have given up. The vacancies caused by giving up or failing the physical examination will be filled in the order of interview results.

Reviewing files

The selected personnel will submit their personal personnel files to the Personnel Department of the District Education and Science Bureau in early November 2022. The District Education and Science Bureau will work with the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to review the personnel files of the personnel to be transferred. After review, if the files are not submitted by the due date or if the files are not in compliance with the personnel management regulations of public institutions such as staff recruitment or open recruitment, they will be deemed unqualified and their selection qualifications will be cancelled. They will be replaced in the order of interview scores.

Personnel relations transfer

The selected personnel will transfer the personnel relations and salary relations to our district before the end of November 2022. If the transfer is not completed within the time limit, it will be deemed to have automatically given up the selection. Qualifications will no longer be supplemented.

Recruitment procedures

According to the determined selection and recruitment list, the district committee office, district human resources and social security bureau, district finance bureau, district education and science bureau and other departments will handle relevant procedures in accordance with the procedures.
