The project covers a large international shopping center, 200m 5A office building and five-star hotel, characteristic commercial pedestrian street, international famous schools, SOHO apartments, top-class waterfront livable houses, etc. It is a top city image complex of over one million square meters integrating culture, catering, shopping, entertainment, leisure, office, commerce and residence. The project started with a 20,000-square-meter music fountain civic square, which was built by Zheng Rong Group at a cost of several hundred million yuan. Based on the waterfront resources of Mulan River, the square introduced high-tech fountain technology. The square has the largest musical theme fountain in Putian and the first water curtain movie in Putian.
