What is the most promising position in the IT industry?

I have been an enterprise HR for nearly 10 years, and I am one of the earliest recruiters in the IT industry in China!

From the development trend of IT industry, the work involving deep integration with business is the most promising, and in the era of Internet of Everything and precision marketing of big data, some work is really at the forefront! For example: big data product manager, big data development, big data analyst and other positions.

According to recent interviews and industry feedback data:

Big data product manager: 2-3 years experience, annual salary of about 300 thousand; 3-5 years experience, roughly 400,000-600,000 annual salary, 5 years+,mostly 700- 1 10,000 annual salary!

Big data development: 2-3 years experience, annual salary of 200,000-250,000; 3-5 years working experience, roughly 350,000-500,000 annual salary; 5 years+,generally 80-1million annual salary!

Big data analyst: 2-3 years experience, annual salary of 350,000-400,000! 3-5 years experience, roughly 500,000-700,000 annual salary!

Judging from the annual salary of posts, these three types of posts are the most prosperous, but they have higher requirements for personal comprehensive quality! Generally engaged in big data-related positions, with the lowest education, full-time undergraduate, sensitive to data, strong logical thinking ability, and able to do data analysis and modeling!
