In urban areas, appropriate preferential treatment is given to the installation of cable TV, telephone, water and gas services for disabled families, and only production fees are charged in some areas.

Conditional areas give subsidies to disabled families, generally within 1 10,000 yuan and above 4,000 yuan, and enjoy donating living equipment such as water heaters and microwave ovens.
