In 2004, it successfully passed the special acceptance of school-running conditions and teaching level of the Ministry of Education.

The college has five teaching departments, namely, the Department of Literature and Social Sciences, the Department of Engineering and Technology, the Department of Science, the Department of Economics and Management, the Department of Arts and Physical Education, and the Department of Public Courses and Basic Courses. There are 38 undergraduate majors and about 25 annual enrollment majors.
