I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment

1. Graduates of normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education who have signed a free education agreement for normal students with the Shandong Provincial Department of Education and can obtain the diploma, degree certificate and teacher qualification certificate in 2022 on schedule;

2. The level of Putonghua has reached Grade II, Grade B and above;

3. The registered major is consistent with the major studied;

Graduates who have signed orientation and entrustment contracts with the unit before entering school may not register without the consent of the orientation and entrustment unit and the education administrative department where the students are located.

Second, the recruitment plan and position

Nine affiliated schools, including East School of Shandong Experimental Middle School, plan to recruit 87 normal graduates (see annex).

Three. Registration and qualification examination

Registration is conducted by unified time, online registration and online preliminary examination.

Registration time: April 28th, 2022 (8: 30am-12: 00pm,13: 30pm-17: 00pm).

Individual registration: Online registration is adopted. Candidates who meet the job requirements will send scanned copies of their personal registration materials to the e-mail address of the recruiting unit as required (see the attachment for the registration email address). The email name is "job title+name+major", and the size of the email attachment is no more than 5M. The registration information shall be subject to the email received by the e-mail box of the recruiting unit within the specified time. Personal registration materials include: public education agreement signed by me and Shandong Provincial Department of Education, employment agreement for my graduates, recent bareheaded photo scan of 1 inch color, ID card and other related materials. Non-Jinan students also need to provide a scanned copy of the consent certificate from the education administrative department where the students are located.

Preliminary qualification examination: the results of preliminary qualification examination are fed back to the candidates by the recruitment school in time, and each candidate is limited to one recruitment position. Those who exceed the report will be disqualified from all positions. The materials provided by the candidates should be guaranteed to be true, and if they are untrue, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

After the registration, if there is no candidate for the position, the recruitment plan will be cancelled.

Fourth, the exam.

The examination will be conducted in all recruiting units from April 29, 2022 (see the examination notice issued by the recruiting unit for details).

The exam is divided into two parts: interview and trial lecture, and the scores are calculated according to the percentage system respectively. The examination time shall not exceed 15 minutes, including 5 minutes for interview and 10 minutes for trial. The interview examines the candidate's demeanor, professional knowledge, practical experience, language expression, analysis and coping ability. On the ability of candidates to use pedagogy, psychology knowledge and modern educational means to achieve teaching objectives, organize curriculum implementation, master curriculum content, use teaching language and teaching resources, and the skills of using Putonghua, writing on the blackboard, explaining and demonstrating in class.
