Referee examination is the responsibility of individual sports associations of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and the relevant departments of China People's Liberation Army, and the regulations vary from place to place.

To apply for the second-and third-level referees, only the applicant has the technical level to apply. I fill in the application form, which is signed by the unit and the referee committee (group) of the local sports association, and submitted to the Sports Commission with corresponding examination and approval authority for examination and approval.

According to the registration conditions and the actual allocation of places, all units will send the "Recommended Candidate Registration Form" by fax and electronic version to the China Table Tennis Association before the specified time.
