In order to make up for the lack of professional teaching strength. In 2003, we introduced one teacher and one associate professor with professional lecturer qualifications. There are currently 7 professional teachers, including one associate professor, 2 lecturers and 5 teaching assistants. 2 people are studying for master's degrees. Including the two planned master's degree graduates, the number of art and design teachers will reach 9. In terms of age structure, there are 3 teachers aged 35-45 and 6 teachers aged 35. The younger teachers are the advantage of the Department of Art and Design. In terms of scientific research, within three years, 2 textbooks were published, more than 10 professional academic papers were published, and more than 10 works were created, exhibited and lectured. The Advertising major was founded in 2000 based on the Chinese language and literature major of the Department of Chinese Language and Literature. The Department of Advertising was established in 2002. It currently has 7 full-time professional teachers, 1 experimental teacher, 5 part-time teachers on campus, and 2 part-time professors outside the school. people. The Department of Advertising currently has three laboratories: Computer Graphics Design Laboratory, Photography and Videography Laboratory, and Advertising Effects Laboratory. Basic test equipment has been gradually equipped and classes have started. Successfully applied for two Jilin Province philosophy and social science projects, one Jilin Province education science project, and two school multimedia courseware projects. Published 9 textbooks, 3 monographs, and more than 30 papers. The college has a basic laboratory for literature and art and a professional laboratory for Chinese language and literature.
