Is Zhenwushan Tunnel in Nan 'an District of Chongqing restricted?

According to official website of Chongqing Municipal Transportation Administration, the Zhenwushan Tunnel in Chongqing is restricted from 7:00-9:00 in the morning peak and 17- 19:30 in the evening peak from Monday to Friday, and it is not restricted on weekends and holidays. Zhenwushan Tunnel is located on Chongqing Inner Ring Expressway, with a total length of about 3,263 meters. It is the traffic artery connecting Nanping and Tea Garden New District. The tunnel was built in 1999, which was the widest two-way six-lane highway tunnel in China at that time.
