According to the overall land use planning and annual land use planning indicators of Luoyang City, it is planned to requisition collective land 1 16.07 hectares in Luolong District, including 83.5 hectares of agricultural land113 hectares, 30.2252 hectares of construction land and 2.3335 hectares of unused land. According to Article 47 of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China, the relevant information is hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope of land to be expropriated

1 plot: irrigated land in Shangzhuang community in the east, irrigated land in Shangzhuang community in the west, highway land in the south and Sima Guang Road in the north;

Plot 2: Shangzhuang community construction land in the east, irrigated land in Shangzhuang community in the west, Gulong Road in the south and Sima Guang Road in the north;

Plot 3: Guangwu Avenue in the east, Shangzhuang community construction land in the west, Gulong Road in the south and Sima Guang Road in the north;

Plot 4: irrigated land in Shangzhuang community in the east, Xiaowen Avenue in the west, Gulong Road in the south and highway land in the north;

Plot 5: Yuxi East Street in the east, Yuxi West Street in the west, Lantai Road in the south and Wang Fu Road in the north;

Plot 6: Guangwu Avenue in the east, Yuxi East Street in the west, Lantai Road in the south and Wang Fu Road in the north;

Plot 7: east to Yuxi East Street, west to Yuxi West Street, south to Wang Fu Road and north to Kangzhuang Road;

Plot 8: Guangwu Avenue in the east, Yuxi East Street in the west, Wang Fu Road in the south and Kangzhuang Road in the north.

Two, the status quo, land type and area of the expropriated land.

It is planned to requisition 2.0726 hectares of community collective land declared by Licun Town, Luolong District, all of which are agricultural land;

It is planned to expropriate 60.63 14 hectares of collective land of Shangzhuang community in Licun Town, Luolong District, including 28.0727 hectares of agricultural land, 30.2252 hectares of construction land and 2.3335 hectares of unused land;

It is planned to requisition 50.9255 hectares of collective land in Tizhuang Community, Licun Town, Luolong District, all of which are agricultural land;

It is planned to requisition 2.4405 hectares of collective land in Tanzhai Community, Zhuge Town, Luolong District, all of which are agricultural land.

Three. Expropriated land use

After the land is approved, it will be used for sports, public management and public service.

Fourth, the compensation standard for land acquisition.

The compensation standard for land requisition shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the People's Government of Henan Province on Adjusting the Comprehensive Land Price Standard of Henan Province, with the standard of 975,000 yuan/hectare. The social security standard shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Publishing the Minimum Social Security Fee for Land-expropriated Farmers in 20 19 years, and the standard is 717,000 yuan/hectare. The above two comprehensive compensation standards are 6.5438+0.692 million yuan/hectare, and the total cost of land acquisition compensation is 6.5438+0.9639044 million yuan.

Compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Office of Luoyang Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing Compensation Standards for Ground Attachments of National Construction Expropriation Collective Land in Luoyang City, and compensation shall be made according to the facts.

Ways and methods of relocating verbs (abbreviation of verb)

The resettlement plan is carried out through the following channels:

1. Currency settlement. Pay the compensation and resettlement fee of 1 13 168250 yuan to the rural collective economic organizations whose land has been expropriated in full and on time, and distribute it according to the law and regulations.

2. Social security resettlement. A total of 83.2210.9 million yuan of social security funds has been implemented for this batch of land, which has been deposited in the designated account of our city. After the implementation of expropriation, eligible landless farmers will be included in the scope of social security.

3. Demolition and resettlement. According to the demolition and resettlement plan formulated by Yibin District Management Committee, it shall be properly resettled according to the law.

Other matters of intransitive verbs

1. Within 30 days from the date of the announcement, the owner and user of the expropriated land shall handle the compensation registration with the real estate ownership certificate and sign the compensation and resettlement agreement with the Yibin District Management Committee.

2. Since the date of announcement, no unit or individual will be compensated for planting, planting and building within the scope of land acquisition.

3. If the expropriated rural collective economic organizations and their members and other interested parties have any opinions, please give feedback to Yibin Branch of Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources within 30 days from the date of promulgation of this notice.
