Is Jinan suitable for young people?

As a native of Jinan, the experience of living in Qingdao for six years tells you that Jinan will be better if humanities education is the main thing; If you pay more attention to the living environment, Qingdao will also do its part. Jinan is like an old man, very rustic and not very clean, but steady and wise, moving forward step by step; Qingdao is like a dynamic young man. It is fashionable and clean, good at accepting new things and always at the forefront of the times. However, it has the vanity and carelessness of young people. It was good at first, but it was limited in the end. The styles of the two cities are roughly the same in all aspects. Let's talk about education and humanities first. I am now a first-line junior high school teacher in Qingdao, and I have been a teacher in the best high school in Jinan for one year. I have the most say in education. In the first year in Qingdao, there was a big gap in my heart. Yesterday, I had a brief exchange with a famous teacher who had just transferred from Heze. I didn't expect him to feel the same way. From the internal and small point of view, the working atmosphere of the school teaching and research group is very different from the original. When I was in Jinan, the office was really a place to work, and occasionally I talked about things at home, but the topic of conversation was always inseparable from teaching and students, and the discussion of teaching content was also subtly inserted into the teacher's life. Every party, there is a speaker, and others supplement it to present the best class. Everyone takes their work very seriously. In Qingdao, the teaching and research atmosphere is not good, the collection is perfunctory and there is no substantive content. At the beginning of the collection, set pose to take photos and send them to the unit group. After taking the photo, everyone dispersed in a hubbub. This is the so-called collection. Form is greater than content. Showing the most beautiful flower stand to outsiders, knowing that everyone knows it's nonsense, always gives people a feeling of being ethereal and unreliable. Recently, "project teaching method" is very popular. This teaching mode requires high quality of students, which will make good students better, and poor students will not get substantive knowledge. To tell the truth, it is not suitable for students like us. However, "project teaching" is still in full swing in our school, so that the open class has become a performance class for students. Students spend a lot of time practicing rhetoric in class. I can only express what I see. Individuals cannot represent groups, but there are many such phenomena. Generally speaking, many teachers have forgotten the original intention of education. On the big education policy, the state has always advocated breaking the iron rice bowl system of teachers and adapting to the appointment system. Before the nationwide implementation, Qingdao started the teacher appointment system on 20 15. In fact, there is no substantive difference between the appointment system and the establishment. At least, Qingdao's reform is meaningless and has not achieved the purpose of national adaptation. It's ok to be consistent, but the teachers will be reorganized in 2020, and the appointment system teachers recruited in 15-20 will be changed to batch editing. It's really meaningless to be the first person to eat crabs. The initial admission rate in Qingdao is less than 50%, which is far less than that in Jinan. The only reason I can think of is to improve the admission rate of college entrance examination. Appearance, education and finance are in short supply. Generally speaking, the basic education in Qingdao is not as good as that in Jinan. In the list of exclusive cities in China, you can see Qingdao, but you can't find Jinan. Qingdao people are xenophobic and concentrate on Qingdao aunt. No matter how shabby the old house she lives in and how stingy she is in the vegetable market, she has an inexplicable advantage to despise foreigners, including her wife. Qingdao's mother-in-law is difficult to serve. But also formed a contempt chain in their own small cities. The south of the city looks down on the north, and the north looks down on Li Cang. It is often said that there are three districts in the city, as if Licang is the village. I thought this low-level knowledge would die out with the aging of that generation, but we look at big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, but it is not. The humanities of a city, like a person's temperament and personality, will not change. Jinan is a city with profound cultural background, but it is not like this on the whole. The gap between east, west, north and south in Jinan is getting bigger and bigger, but I have never heard anyone look down on anyone. This is the same root, fried too fast.
