20 17 Since the Ministry of Education initiated the reform of on-the-job graduate students, three part-time graduate students have graduated since 2022. 2. Overtime work of state-owned enterprises and research institutes may be worse than that of the Internet. The point is that sometimes I don't give you money.

3. I will send you many daily necessities, such as soap, shampoo, toilet water, towels, toothpaste, short-sleeved and long-sleeved daily necessities of the company culture.

The company has a meal supplement, and meals are free.

5. Compared with other non-state-owned companies, the income may be less 1/2- 1/3, so we should be prepared for this.

6. Every year, the company pays a lot of money to recruit doctors from famous schools. There are several doctors every year, but the number does not exceed a few. When the doctor comes, it will smell good.

7. Leadership is very important, the leader himself is very important, and your direct leader is very important. If it is that kind of leadership, it is impossible to do this. State-owned enterprises look stable, but after ten or twenty years, they will collapse sooner or later.

Before you go, you should not only ask about all aspects of company management, such as overtime, salary, no rest, attendance, year-end bonus, various welfare systems and so on.

The most important thing is to ask, you are the direct leader, which is very important, otherwise you will want to leave when you go.
