In order to conscientiously implement the Blood Donation Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Blood Donation and the Outline for the Implementation of Civic Morality Construction, further accelerate the pace of blood donation in this Municipality, and at the same time vigorously publicize the safe and rational use of blood, advocate the mode of component blood donation, and standardize the voluntary work of blood donation, these measures are formulated.

1. Service tenet

The volunteer service corps of Shanghai Blood Center (hereinafter referred to as "the corps") takes it as its own responsibility to contribute to and serve the society, and encourages people to improve themselves, perfect themselves and show the image of social civilization while serving others and society.

The corps is characterized by volunteers' voluntary dedication of personal time and ability, providing free volunteer services for promoting blood donation without any remuneration, and its behavior is voluntary, unpaid, public welfare and organizational.

The workers in the corps are composed of the backbone who actively participate in voluntary blood donation and people who serve the society. They are volunteers who register in the corps and participate in service activities according to certain procedures.

2. Basic requirements for corps volunteers:

(1) Internship volunteers

1. At least 18 years old, and living in Shanghai, with no restrictions on region and nationality;

2. Be law-abiding, have good conduct, have dedication, be enthusiastic about the cause of voluntary blood donation, actively participate in various voluntary blood donation activities without physical conditions, and volunteer to engage in voluntary blood donation publicity and service;

3. Accept the volunteer registration procedures and primary training required to join the corps.

(2) Official volunteers

1. Meet the requirements of internship volunteers;

2. After attending the primary training, half a year is an investigation period, during which the service time exceeds 12 hours, and the service performance is good (evaluated by the leader of the volunteer service group). And have two or more blood donation experiences (special circumstances are submitted to the work coordination group meeting of the corps for discussion);

3. Attend the intermediate training for volunteers on time.

(III) Star volunteers

According to Article 8 of the National Measures for Commending and Rewarding Voluntary Blood Donation (revised in 29), the Article 8 Voluntary Blood Donation Service Award is implemented to reward individuals who actively participate in voluntary blood donation service. The awards and award criteria are:

1. Volunteers who have been a "one-star" and have volunteered for blood donation for 12 hours;

2. "Two-star" volunteers who have donated blood for 24 hours;

3, "three-star", volunteers who have donated blood for 36 hours;

4. "Four-star" volunteers who donate blood for 48 hours;

5. "Five-star" volunteers who have donated blood for 6 hours.

6. "Lifetime Award" refers to a volunteer who has donated blood for more than ten years and accumulated more than 1,5 hours, or accumulated more than 3, hours.

Third, the conditions for the corps volunteers to apply to become registered volunteers of Shanghai Volunteers Association (apply for Shanghai Volunteer Card):

1. Official volunteers in the corps;

2. Voluntary registration;

3. The total volunteer service time is over 3 hours;

4. Good volunteer service performance;

Eligible volunteers can apply to the Corps for Shanghai Volunteer Card, and become registered volunteers of Shanghai Volunteers Association, enjoying corresponding rights and obligations.

IV. Registration Procedures

1. Applicants can register through the website of Shanghai Blood Center or directly at the corps and blood donation points, and fill in the registration form in a unified format after verification.

2. The Corps is responsible for reviewing the applicants and arranging unified training.

V. Training

In the training, we should pay attention to the teaching of the concept of volunteer propaganda service, blood donation related knowledge and interpersonal communication, and strive to improve the overall personal quality of volunteer workers.

VI. Rights and obligations

3. Participate in volunteer activities organized by the Corps;

4. Reflect relevant information, put forward suggestions and opinions to the Corps on voluntary publicity service;

5. You can apply to become a formal volunteer after meeting the requirements of formal volunteers.

Obligations: 1. Attend primary training and obtain internship service certificate;

2. Do not engage in any activities aimed at making profits or violating social morality as a volunteer;

3. We must consciously safeguard the social image of the corps and the self-image of the volunteers;

4. fulfill the obligation of voluntary publicity service of blood donation without compensation and obey the coordination and arrangement of the corps.

Obligations: 1. Attend intermediate training and obtain formal service certificate.

VII. Volunteer Service and Record Signature

The Corps should actively organize and carry out volunteer publicity service activities with various forms and contents according to the actual needs of volunteers, and provide volunteers with volunteer service contents so that volunteers can participate in volunteer publicity service work of various projects. Each volunteer service group (or sub-group) is responsible for arranging volunteer service. Volunteers should show and wear a volunteer service certificate when they participate in volunteer service ("internship volunteers" need to wear an internship service certificate).

The "Registration Form of Volunteer Work" (referred to as "Sign-in Form") is used to prove the time and service performance of volunteers in the mobile blood donation vehicle and the love blood donation house in the blood center. VIII. Encouragement and commendation

The Corps shall classify the volunteer service according to the confirmed volunteer service time and relevant regulations according to the corresponding star standard, and encourage and commend the individual volunteers who actively participate in voluntary blood donation service at the end of each year.

IX. Volunteer file management

Volunteer files include volunteer numbers, basic information, training records, service records, honor records, etc. The secretarial department and service department of the corps are responsible for establishing volunteer service files and striving to realize informationization, institutionalization and standardization of management.

X. Withdrawal system

Based on the principle of voluntary participation and freedom of withdrawal, volunteers can choose to withdraw by themselves. Xi. Others

Chapter I Service Contents and Precautions

Chapter II Service Specification

At the same time, during the period of voluntary service, stop smoking. Volunteers should not joke, fight or make noise with each other when promoting services. If someone persuades blood donors to donate blood directionally at the blood collection point, they should inform the staff of the blood center in time to dissuade them, and shall not stop them without authorization. Listen carefully to the opinions and suggestions of blood donors and publicity objects on publicity services, and give feedback to the corps in time. When communicating with blood donors and staff, volunteers should grasp the scale and should not be too enthusiastic or blunt. Volunteers should smile at others and answer patiently when promoting services. If you encounter a publicity service target who is puzzled and resistant, you should respect their wishes, do not take a fierce confrontation, and take into account the overall image of the volunteers in everything, so as to be sincere and humble. article 9 loves the cause of blood donation without compensation and is willing to contribute. Actively participate in the activities organized by the corps, respect the resolutions of the corps, and do nothing that will damage the image of the corps.
