Male conscription requirements

Since 2003, when the Ministry of National Defense promulgated the new Standard for Physical Examination of Recruited Citizens (hereinafter referred to as the Standard), all localities have conscientiously implemented it and strictly organized its implementation, thus ensuring the quality of recruits.

In recent years, with the continuous development of China's social economy and the rapid advancement of military modernization, the main target of recruiting recruits has gradually shifted to fresh graduates of various colleges and universities, and some contents in the standards have not adapted to the needs of military construction and physical development and changes of recruits in the new era.

In order to improve the overall quality of soldiers from the source, as many highly educated young people as possible are recruited into the army, and some standards for physical examination of conscription are determined to be adjusted appropriately.

Height and weight standard

(1) Height: male 162cm or more, female 160cm or more. Secret service personnel: tank crew 162- 178cm, diver 168- 185cm, submarine and surface ship personnel 162- 182cm, and airborne troops/kloc-0.

Soldiers of special forces (including marine corps), soldiers of troops stationed in Hong Kong and Macao 170cm or above, members of honor guard in Beijing Garrison 180cm or above. The height of young recruits with excellent physical conditions can be relaxed to 165cm by the Central Guard Corps and the Public Security Guard.

(2) Weight: Male: not more than 20% of the standard weight and not less than 10% of the standard weight. Female: 15% of the standard weight and 15% of the standard weight.

Standard weight = (height-1 10) kg.

The personal weight of young men with excellent physical conditions can be relaxed to no more than 25% of the standard weight and no less than 15% of the standard weight.

Visual standard

Ground crew: the naked eye vision of the right eye is not less than 4.9, and the naked eye vision of the left eye is not less than 4.8; The visual acuity of the right eye and the left eye of the high school educated personnel is not less than 4.7 and 4.5 respectively; The naked eye vision of college graduates and college students is not less than 4.6 in the right eye and 4.5 in the left eye.

Tank crew, submarine and surface ship personnel: the naked eye vision of each eye is not less than 4.8; Divers, airborne troops, waitresses of special plane service team, soldiers of Central Guard Corps with conditions, soldiers of public security forces with conditions, soldiers of special forces with conditions (including Marine Corps), members of honor guard of Beijing Garrison: the naked eye vision of each eye is not less than 5.0.

Refraction, excimer laser surgery for more than half a year, no complications, visual acuity reached the corresponding standards, qualified.

Divers, submarine personnel, space soldiers, soldiers with conditions in special forces (including the Marine Corps) are not qualified for excimer laser surgery or other surgical treatments.

(a) ECG examination as a routine examination items.

ECG is normal or close to normal, qualified.

(2) Abdominal ultrasound examination is a routine examination item.

There are obvious abnormalities in liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and kidney. The diameter of single hepatic and renal cyst (or hemangioma) is less than 1cm, which is mild fatty liver and qualified.

(3) In view of the differences between the auxiliary examination results in some areas and the commonly used local standards, the normal standard of auxiliary examination in the standards is taken as the clinical reference value, and the examination results should be combined with the clinical and regional differences to make correct conclusions, as follows:

1. Routine blood examination: hemoglobin, red blood cell count, total white blood cell count, white blood cell classification and platelet count are high or slightly low. According to the normal range of human body in this area, under the premise of excluding organic diseases, no single elimination will be made.

2, urine microscopic examination of white blood cells (centrifugal precipitation samples) does not exceed 6/ high magnification, can be combined with external genitalia or vulva examination comprehensive judgment, other urine test items should strictly implement the standard.

3, enzymatic detection of alanine aminotransferase, such as more than 40 units, less than or equal to 50 units, should be combined with clinical physical examination, reference to local commonly used values to determine, in the case of excluding diseases, can be regarded as qualified, but must be strictly controlled.

Aids and drug abuse testing and psychological testing, as routine physical examination items for conscription, are implemented in accordance with the notice and relevant regulations issued by the conscription office of the Ministry of National Defense.

Other issues

(1) Tattoos and tattoo scars shall be handled according to the following provisions: those with "dots, characters and stripes" on their bodies are unqualified. There are "dots, characters and lines" on the body, and there are still obvious tattoo scars after surgical treatment, which affect the military appearance or the scars with a diameter of more than 2cm are unqualified.

Tattooing in ethnic minority areas is purely a custom, and those who wear short clothes will not affect their military appearance are qualified.

(2) The diameter of each exposed part of vitiligo wearing shorts shall not exceed1cm; Non-exposed parts with a diameter of no more than 2cm and a number of no more than two are qualified. Fetal nevus that does not significantly affect the military capacity is qualified.

(3) Young men's lips, eyebrows and eyeliner are unqualified; Male youth have one ear 1 ear hole (regional or ethnic customs can be appropriately relaxed), and those who do not affect the appearance of military personnel are qualified; Young women whose lips, eyebrows, eyeliner and ear holes do not affect the appearance of soldiers are qualified.

(four) urine pregnancy test is positive, according to the need to do blood enzyme immunoassay, the test results are positive, unqualified.

(5) If there is a history of thoracoabdominal surgery (including minimally invasive surgery) or excimer laser surgery, relevant medical certificates or health certificates issued by the submitting unit shall be provided.

(six) fungal or trichomonal vaginitis, unqualified.

(seven) elbow hyperextension or elbow valgus does not exceed 65438 05 degrees, no dysfunction, qualified.

(8) The heart, lungs and eardrums of soldiers enlisted in the plateau area should be strictly controlled.

(9) Marines, their eyesight, tympanic membrane and nasal cavity shall be implemented according to diver's standards.

(10) chronic tonsillitis, the swelling degree is below Ⅱ degree (including Ⅱ degree).

(eleven) phimosis does not affect the function, qualified.

All units should strictly follow the "Standards" and the relevant provisions of this circular, and combine the local conditions to strictly control the quality of physical examination for conscription, so as to deliver high-quality soldiers for the troops. The Notice on Issues Related to Conscription Physical Examination issued by the Conscription Office of the Ministry of National Defense on August 25th, 2004 shall be invalidated immediately, and the medical examination standards inconsistent with this notice in other provisions shall be subject to this notice.

Electrocardiogram of conscription physical examination

The electrocardiogram is normal, and the electrocardiogram is generally qualified.

First, the normal electrocardiogram

Sinus rhythm, heart rate 60- 100 beats/min, normal range of ECG waveform and duration.

Second, the electrocardiogram is generally normal.

2. Sinus arrhythmia can be improved or disappeared after breath holding.

3. The axis of P wave is shifted to the left (P wave is vertical to I and аVL with high voltage, II is flat or positive and negative biphase, III and аVF are positive and negative biphase or shallow dip, and аVR is positive and negative biphase or shallow dip).

4. Sinus rhythm, P-R interval 0. 10s-0. 12s, excluding the previous history of matrix supraventricular tachycardia.

5. The simple QRS axis deviation is -30 to+120 degrees.

6. Simply rotate counterclockwise or clockwise.

7. The terminal QRS complex wave is wide and blunt, but the QRS time is less than 0. 10s, and there is obvious pre-shock, but there is no history of supraventricular tachycardia.

8. Left ventricular high voltage (no hypertension, no pathological murmur in cardiac auscultation, no cardiac enlargement in chest X-ray).

9. When the heart rhythm is slow, the elevation of J point is mainly R wave, and the elevation of ST segment concave is less than 0. 1mV.

10, the ST segment with R wave as the main link shows that the ischemic pressure is less than or equal to 0.05 mv (а VL and ⅲ can be lowered by 0. 1 mV) or the approximate horizontal pressure is less than 0.08 mv, or the upward tilt pressure is less than 0. 1mV.

1 1, T wave in Ⅱ is vertical, and the voltage is greater than110r wave; аVF is low, and Ⅲ is reversed.

12, TV 1 and V2 are greater than TV5 and V6(TV5 and V6 are greater than110r waves).

If there are ECG manifestations in items 5, 6 and 8 above, the examinee can squat for 20 times. If there is no obvious abnormal ECG, it is considered that the ECG is generally normal.

Abdominal ultrasound of conscription physical examination

I. Qualification criteria

1, no obvious abnormality was found in liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and kidney;

2. Mild to moderate fatty liver (normal liver function);

3. Small polyps and cholesterol crystals in gallbladder wall;

4. The number of single organs of hepatic and renal cysts and hemangioma shall not exceed 3, and the diameter of each organ shall not exceed 65438±0cm；; Unilateral hepatic and renal cysts and hemangiomas are less than 3 cm in diameter;

5. There should be no more than three calcifications in the liver, and the diameter of each calcification should not exceed 65438 0 cm, and the diameter of a single kidney calcification should not exceed 65438 0 cm;

6. The number of renal hamartomas shall not exceed 2, and the diameter of a single tumor shall not exceed 65438±0cm；;

7. The width of renal pelvis is not more than 65438±0cm, and the ureter is not widened;

8. Gynecological B-ultrasound: There is no obvious abnormality in the size and shape of uterus and ovary. The depth of pelvic effusion is less than 65438±0cm, and the single adnexal area and ovarian cyst are less than 3 cm.

Four to seven divers and paratroopers failed.

Second, the following conditions are unqualified

1, malignant signs;

2. Moderate fatty liver with abnormal liver function and severe fatty liver;

3, pathological splenomegaly, pancreatic lesions;

4. Diffuse parenchymal damage of liver and kidney;

5. All kinds of positive stones and hydronephrosis;

6. The diameter of gallbladder wall polyp is greater than 5 mm;

7. Gynecological uterine fibroids or adnexal masses of unknown nature.
