Is Quanjude a state-owned enterprise or a private enterprise?

Quanjude is a famous catering brand in China. The nature of the enterprise is limited by shares, not a state-owned enterprise or a private enterprise. The history of Quanjude can be traced back to 1864. It used to be a roast duck restaurant opened by Yang in Beijing. After years of development, especially after public-private partnership, Quanjude has become a large catering enterprise. 1993, China Beijing quanjude group was established; 1994, six enterprises including quanjude group initiated the establishment of Beijing quanjude roast duck co., ltd.
