Can I enter a five-star hotel bakery without experience?

Generally not allowed. Star-rated hotels rarely recruit apprentices with no experience and zero foundation. Only smaller cake shops recruit apprentices, but they can only learn a little bit, and the apprentice salary is generally not too much. It is recommended to go to the vocational school system first.
