Apprenticeship

Apprentices start from scratch, and we will appoint a master to familiarize them with the working environment, software, problems encountered in practical work, sports car room and so on. This process takes about half a year from birth to maturity.

Multi-workshop practice

We have mechanical workshop, numerical control workshop and mold workshop for practice. In each workshop, we can observe the whole process of mold from design to trial.

salary

Disciple: There was no treatment at first, and I had to pay tuition. If you are familiar with and skilled in your work, you can stay in the factory or in our factory until you find a job in society. If you stay in the factory, the salary is 80% of the society, and you will become a formal worker in the second year.
