2. Film piercing: When there is no film on the slitting machine, film piercing is required. Using the function keys of the film piercing device and the slitting machine, tie one end of the original film to the eye of the film piercing chain, and start the film piercing button to make the film evenly distributed on each roller along the direction of the slitting process.

3. Film splicing: When there is film on the slitting machine and the roll joint is changed, start the film splicing table to the working position with the vacuum film splicing table, manually flatten the film on the first traction roller of the slitting machine, start the upper vacuum pump to suck the film, make the film evenly adsorbed on the film splicing table, stick double-sided adhesive tape and cut off the excess film under the adhesive tape, flatten the film on the unwinding frame and start the lower vacuum pump to evenly adsorb the film, flatten the film, and join.

Fourth, the boot operation

1. Change the specification, put the paper core on the inner and outer winding arms, and notify all personnel to leave the machine and get ready for operation when the press roller is in the operation preparation state.
