Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as the Development Zone) is an economic and technological development zone established in 1994 with the approval of the State Council district. 4. Recruitment procedures and steps
1. Registration and qualification review. When registering, you must bring the originals and copies of your ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate and relevant qualification certificates, as well as 3 recent one-inch color photos with the same background without a hat (the registration materials will not be returned). After qualification review, those who meet the conditions will be allowed to register.
2. Written test. The test subject is the national "Administrative Vocational Ability Test", which uses Chinese test papers and adopts a closed-book method. The written test time is based on the admission ticket time, and the written test results will be announced on the Development Zone Human Resources website on the same day. For the same position, the top 5 candidates based on their written test scores will be selected for the interview, and all candidates with less than 5 candidates will be selected for the interview.
3. Interview. A structured interview will be adopted, the time and location will be notified later. Interview results will be announced on the Development Zone Human Resources website. Based on the interview scores, the top 3 candidates for each position will be selected for assessment.
4. Physical examination and assessment. A unified physical examination will be conducted on candidates for assessment, qualification review will be conducted, and assessment will be carried out in accordance with regulations. Those who fail the physical examination and re-examination will be disqualified and will be replaced in sequence based on their overall score. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidates.
5. Recruitment. Candidates who have no objections to the announcement will be submitted to the Administrative Committee for review and determination.
6. Go through the employment (recruitment) procedures. Those who are confirmed to be employed (recruited) should report to the relevant superior departments to go through relevant procedures. A one-year probation period will be implemented for employed (recruited) personnel. Those who fail to pass the assessment during the probation period will be dismissed.
5. Discipline and Supervision
