Requirements of dangerous chemicals transport drivers

The following conditions shall be met:

1, obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

2, the age is not more than 60 years old;

3, 3 years without major traffic accidents;

4. Having obtained the qualification of road passenger transport or cargo transport driver for more than 2 years;

5, accept the relevant laws and regulations, safety knowledge, professional technology, occupational health protection and emergency rescue knowledge training, understand the nature of dangerous goods, hazard characteristics, the use characteristics of packaging containers and emergency measures in the event of an accident;

6. Pass the examination and obtain the corresponding qualification certificate.

Road dangerous goods transport loading and unloading management personnel and escorts shall meet the following conditions:

1, no more than 60 years old;

2. Junior high school education or above;

3, accept the relevant laws and regulations, safety knowledge, professional technology, occupational health protection and emergency rescue knowledge training, understand the nature of dangerous goods, hazard characteristics, the use characteristics of packaging containers and emergency measures in the event of an accident;

4. Pass the examination and obtain the corresponding qualification certificate.

When transporting dangerous chemicals, corresponding safety protection measures should be taken according to the dangerous characteristics of dangerous chemicals, and necessary protective articles and emergency rescue equipment should be equipped.

Article 11

The driver of road dangerous goods transport shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(3) No major traffic accidents within 3 years;

(four) to obtain the qualification of road passenger transport or cargo transport driver for more than 2 years or to receive full-time driving vocational education;

(five) to accept the training of relevant laws and regulations, safety knowledge, professional technology, occupational health protection and emergency rescue knowledge, and to understand the nature, hazard characteristics, use characteristics of packaging containers and emergency measures in case of accidents;

(6) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.

Drivers who are engaged in the operation of ordinary freight vehicles under 4,500 kilograms and apply for the transport of dangerous goods by road shall meet the conditions specified in Items (1), (2), (3), (5) and (6) of the preceding paragraph.
