Article 17 Anyone who applies to take the qualification examination for road dangerous goods transport loading and unloading management personnel and escorts shall apply to the municipal department in charge of transportation with districts at his domicile or temporary residence, fill in the Application Form for Qualification Examination for Road Dangerous Goods Transport Practitioners, and provide the following materials:

(1) Identity certificate and photocopy.

(2) academic certificate and its copy.

(3) Relevant training certificates and copies.
