1. Two. Rights and obligations of Party A (user)

7. Ensure that Party B has no less than 3 days' rest every month. If Party B cannot take a rest due to special circumstances, it shall obtain Party B's consent and pay daily remuneration.

8. If Party B causes accidents to himself or others during his service for Party A, Party A shall immediately notify relevant departments and companies, actively deal with the aftermath, and bear certain economic responsibilities.

9. In the course of service, if Party B causes losses to Party A due to work mistakes, Party A has the right to pursue Party B's responsibilities and economic compensation requirements and handle them in accordance with national laws and relevant regulations. Party A shall not take such infringing acts as body search, seizure of property, beating and bullying.

10. Party B shall not change to a third party service without authorization, and shall not take Party B to other places for service.

Three. Rights and obligations of Party B (domestic helper)

3. Do not go out without permission, do not bring outsiders to Party A's residence, do not rummage through Party A's property without permission, and do not participate in Party A's family disputes. During the service period, you are responsible for the losses caused by work mistakes.

You can have two days off every month. If Party A needs to rest, it has the right to collect remuneration from Party A on a daily basis.

6. During the service period, 70% of the medical expenses shall be borne by me, and 60% for more than half a year shall be borne by me.

7. Have the right to refuse, switch to a third-party service, or take it to other places for service.

8. Party B has the right to refuse Party A to increase the labor burden beyond that stipulated in this contract. If both parties reach an agreement through consultation, Party B has the right to ask for an increase in labor remuneration.

9. When the legitimate rights and interests of Party B are infringed, Party B has the right to complain to the relevant departments and companies, or even to the judicial department.

Four. Signing and termination of the contract:
