When will major banks recruit employees?

Some banks will have a physical examination after the written test and before the interview.

Spring bank recruitment: the process is basically the same as autumn recruitment. But sometimes there are lectures and initial meetings. Of course, there are also banks that provide green channels for candidates who take part in autumn bank recruitment. If the autumn move fails, the spring move can directly participate in the interview.
