Working type of mixer

1, manual mixer: responsible for manual operation of mixing equipment, such as rubber mortar machine, mill, mixer, etc. The rubber and other ingredients are stirred, heated and mixed to obtain the required rubber compound product.

2. Automatic mixer: operate automatic mixing equipment, and be responsible for monitoring parameters such as temperature, time and pressure during mixing to ensure the stability of rubber mixing process and the consistency of product quality.

3. Mixed workshop supervisor: holds a management position in the mixed workshop, responsible for organizing the production plan, allocating raw materials, coordinating the work flow, monitoring the production efficiency and quality control, and ensuring the safe production in the workshop.

4. Quality inspector: conduct quality inspection and testing during the mixing process, such as testing the physical properties, chemical composition, viscosity and other indicators of rubber to ensure that the products meet the specified quality standards.

5. Process engineer: responsible for the design, optimization and improvement of mixing process, investigating and solving technical problems in mixing process, and improving production efficiency and product quality.
