Our recruitment is divided into the following procedures: online application, talent meeting, written Chinese test, English test, first round interview and last round interview. How does the marketing department usually work as a team?

The marketing department is the leader of the whole project team, so

1) lead all relevant departments to formulate * * * consistent goals;

2) lead the team to negotiate, cooperate, make specific plans, give full play to their respective expertise, and achieve goals;

3) Make difficult decisions when necessary;

4) In case of crisis/change/accident, lead the team to improve the plan.

5) In the whole process, there is the assistance and guidance of the direct manager.
